Terms of Service Agreement

By proceeding with this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Registration
- Your payment secures one of our limited training spots
- Registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-approved basis
- All payments are final and non-refundable

2. Transfer Policy
- While refunds are not available, you may transfer your registration to another qualified student
- All transfers are subject to a $25 administrative fee
- The new student must meet all prerequisite requirements for the training
- Payment arrangements for transfers must be handled directly between students
- Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative team

3. Program Materials
- All course content and materials are the exclusive property of The Amina Institute for Embodiment & Healing
- Materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission
