The AMINA Institute has been approved by The American Board of Sexology (ABS) and The American Association of Somatic Sexology (AASS). Upon completion of our 3 part program, your training qualifies for board certification through these two boards.
The American Board of Sexology (ABS) has issued an acknowledgment that the Amina Institute meets its criteria in training sexologists. Graduates of the Somatic Sexologist Certification program who wish to pursue a professional career are now eligible to sign up for individual ABS membership as it fulfills the 300 hours required to become an ABS member.
The Amina Institute Sex Educator training (level 2) meets the qualifications for the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). Students who attend our level 2 and level 3 trainings, and wish to pursue AASECT certification can do so with AASECT supervision.
Our program also meets all requirements for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and with supervision qualifies for ICF certification.
