This model is radically different from every other sexology training program out there because it emphasizes the role of the body, sensations, and embodied experience in sexual and relational health. Those who train with me to become somatic sexologists work from the understanding that our emotional, social, political and physical experiences and traumas are deeply interconnected with our sexual and intimate lives.
This approach empower clients to become their own healers, to reconnect with their erotic power, to experience pleasure beyond sexual dysfunctions, and to cultivate more embodied and meaningful sexual experiences.

Part 1
Foundation
This training begins with a deep dive into Self Discovery & Heart Work, where you'll explore the core questions of who you are and your purpose in this work. From there, we'll delve into Somatic Theory and Bodywork, unlocking ancient therapeutic healing tools for liberation and a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. This will prepare you to explore Sexuality, Intimacy and Touch, where you'll unlearn limiting beliefs and reframe how you view your bodies, value the erotic, and understand connection on a deeper level. Building on this, we'll then cover the essentials of Learning the Body & Providing Touch, including a comprehensive overview of the Anatomy & Physiology of the Body. To ensure ethical and empowered practice, we'll delve into Things Left Unsaid: Consent & Conscious Erotic Communication. Finally, we'll explore the profound connection between mind, body, and energy in Energy Follows Thought: The Anatomy & Physiology of Energy, The Chakras and Arousal.
Part 2
Practice
This practice-based portion of the training dives deep into the hands-on skills and techniques you'll need to excel. You'll begin by expanding your understanding of Learning the Body & Providing Touch with a focus on The Energetic Body & Massage Strokes, bridging the gap between theory and practice. From there, we'll explore Ethical Approaches to Erotic Touch & Massage, ensuring your work is always grounded in respect, integrity, and consent. To cultivate a safe and transformative space for your clients, you'll master Grounding, Centering and Connecting: Somatic Principles of Touch. We'll then equip you with A Sex Coaching Primer, introducing you to Presence Based Coaching in Sex Work and effective communication strategies. You'll learn best practices for Client Assessments and Intake, followed by Mock Sessions where you can integrate your knowledge and refine your skills in a supportive environment.
Part 3
Business
This portion of the training focuses on equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to build a thriving and sustainable practice. We begin by exploring how to Create Safe, Consensual Erotic Space, ensuring a foundation of ethical and responsible practice. You'll then cultivate Erotic Bravery, empowering you to step into your role with confidence and authenticity. We'll move into The Business of Sex, addressing the crucial question: Is Sexual Healing the New Hustle? This module will guide you on how to navigate safety, mental health, and financial abundance as a sexuality professional. You'll learn the ins and outs of The Business of Sex with a focus on Launching your private practice, including practical strategies for Identifying, Reaching, Getting and Keeping Clients. We'll also explore the power of Strategic Partnerships with Therapists, Gynecologists, and beyond.

In-person training
The Level 1 In-Person Intensive represents a pivotal turning point in your journey as a practitioner. This immersive four-day experience transforms theoretical knowledge into embodied wisdom through careful guidance and hands-on practice. Working in an intimate setting with experienced facilitators and fellow practitioners, you'll develop the practical skills, somatic awareness, and professional confidence necessary for this profound work.
Each day builds progressively from morning grounding practices through structured learning modules, incorporating both technical instruction and experiential components. You'll practice essential skills including therapeutic touch techniques, energetic boundary work, and embodied communication protocols.

Through carefully crafted exercises and demonstrations, you'll learn to hold space for others while maintaining clear professional boundaries and ethical standards.
This intensive is intentionally offered twice annually to ensure intimate group sizes and personalized attention. The in-person format allows for real-time feedback, nuanced learning, and the development of practical skills that cannot be conveyed through online training alone.
Participation in one of these intensive trainings is required for certification, as it provides essential hands-on experience and professional assessment of your readiness to begin practicing. The intensive creates a container for deep learning while fostering connections with a community of like-minded practitioners who will become part of your professional network.
