Consent isn't "permission" and it's not just something you ask for once at the beginning of a session. It's a living, breathing practice—one that requires presence, skill, and the courage to honor what's true in every moment.

Authentic Consent is the prerequisite for all advanced training at The Amina Institute, and for good reason. It's where you learn the 5-layer consent framework that makes trauma-informed, pleasure-centered work possible. You'll explore how to offer consent that's embodied, how to receive it without assumption, and how to navigate the nuanced, sometimes messy territory of boundaries, desire, and safety.

This isn't about memorizing scripts or checking boxes. It's about cultivating the somatic awareness and relational intelligence that allows you to hold space with integrity—whether you're working with clients, navigating intimacy in your personal life, or simply learning to honor your own yes and no.
