We start with a 90‑minute deep dive where we map your erotic landscape and name three pleasure goals for this season. Then we highlight one, so we’re not trying to fix your whole life at once. From there, we meet weekly for short, focused check‑ins—15 minutes to stay honest, adjust your practices, and keep your body in the conversation. Once a month, we drop into a longer session to do the deeper somatic and erotic work.

There’s a closing session too, where we look at who you’ve become, how your orgasm and pleasure have changed, and what you want to carry forward into the rest of the year.

By the end of the 12 weeks, my intention is that you’re not just ‘having more sex’—you actually understand how your orgasm works, what opens you, what shuts you down, and you can feel it in real time. I want you to have at least one clear, repeatable way to find your way back to your body when the world feels loud and demanding.
